How to: Change the color of a Value Shading map format.
Solution:
Activate the map, select 'Value Shading Options...' from the 'Map' menu, and select the desired color in the displayed dialog box.
1) Double-click the data map to activate it. (The Data Map menu bar appears.)
2) Select the 'Map' menu. (The menu opens with menu items for selected map formats.)

3) Select 'Value Shading Options...'. (The Value Shading Options dialog box appears.)
4) Select the desired color from the 'Color' drop-down list.
